DDA JE 2022 COURT NOTICE
Pursuant to the judgement dated 01.12.2022 passed by the Hon’ble Principal Bench, CAT in
O.A. 1741/2022 and other similar O.As., the note at page 05 of recruitment notification No.
03/2022/Rectt. Cell/Pers./DDA below the table detailing posts and qualifications titled *For the
post of Junior Engineer (Civil) [Post Code-2] & Junior Engineer (Elect. /Mech.) [Post Code – 03]
is hereby withdrawn and application portal for submission of online application form is being re opened for all eligible candidates w.e.f 04.02.2023 to 18.02.2023 (15 days). However, the crucial
date for determining the eligibility shall remain unchanged i.e. 10.07.2022 (06:00 PM). Further,
candidates seeking benefit of OBC (Non-creamy layer)/ EWS/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen must ensure
that they are entitled to such reservation / relaxation as per eligibility / rules prescribed in the rules
/ notice and they must be in possession of these certificates by the closing date of receipt of
online application i.e. 18.02.2023.
